I lost my smart shopper card and called PnP to tell them, they said I must go into the branch and fill in a form that the branch will fax to PnP and all my points will be transferred to the new card i recieved . all this took place almost two weeks ago, form filled in and recieved new card but last night I went to PnP and used the smart shopper card and then noticed that my previous points are still not loaded onto the new card, why is the service so slow and pathetic . no wonder PnP has so many complaints on this site
