Hirsch's
Poor service

Trying to get Hirch's to honour their extended warranty is nothing short of a joke. It had taken the best part of three weeks to get a washing machine door repaired - well -- it is still not repaired despite numerous promises. Just a back and forth story every time I follow up. The technicians they outsource these repairs to are totally unqualified and have no idea on that to do or even on how to provide a service. NO CLUE AT ALL.

This was the last time I buy anything there. Their service is just not good enough despite their claims.

There is a reason they do not respond on this site... I would be embarrassed to!
