Rude! Unintelligible and still arrogant

Went to Edgars today. First while standing in queue (at 2pm) I asked why there was only one teller, supervisor shrugged her shoulders and said they were on lunch. I chose a couple of things advertised as 75% off, only to be told that the system was not updated. No apologies, cant overide, you will have to come back tomorrow'. Asked for a manager. Linda came downstairs and while listening to my complaint, he said: plse can you stop talking & listen to me, because of you I have had to interrupt a conversation I was having with a client upstairs. He then proceeded to argue that even though the goods are advertised as 75% off he would not override it, nor would he take down the signs. When I told him I would take this further, he said do as you want. I watched people with handfuls of clothes be sent away. Edgars, this branch of yours looks like a ghost shop, and it has gone from a two floor to a one floor store. No surprise there. With a manager like that I'm not surprised rudeness is the order of the day. I'm yet to meet one person who is helpful/friendly in that store. when I returned to the store after h/o intervened, I asked Linda if he would apologise, he said" yes, because I have to" HOW NICE
