Faulty whirlpool appliance burns toddle

On top of the very bad service and insufficient call centre service I got, my convection oven heats up so badly on the outside my toddler burnt himself by touching the side and I had to treat his burn wounds yet the veggies were still frozen after being in the microwave for 17 minutes. I tried to heat up baby cereal for 16 minutes and had to settle for a hungry screaming baby as it was still cold as ice. Still no reply or help from whirlpool. How can you spend R3000 on a device that does not work?
The appliance is still under guarantee and I've sent it back 5 times in 2 weeks.
