They drop the call then send sms

I am sick an tired of these sms being sent to me telling me im in arrea i must pay or call to make arrengments.well geuss what the stupit number is not working i have been calling it every day all day and its wont go thruogh.next u know they will be at your door step to collect items.of which its what they want.they alway call me with a private number when i ansa they hang up i mean really this can even be proven by the network company.they a few seconds after hanging up they send the sms.i received it 3 times today 3 times and when i call the so called number it does not go thurgh .i have 2 accounts with them which 1 is in arreros coz they cancelled my debit order instructed by who.i dont know .now i have to go an pay at the branch..when i go to pay at the branch for the acc that is in arrers so bad, they take the money an put it on the other account i mean really.what must i do now.there is almost 2300 that i paid at the branch .where did that money go coz it was not even minused on the other account .i need to sort this out really.i dont have time to go to the branch im working all the time.now i know who not to buy from
