I have requested Mtn to change my debit order 2 months ago from the 20th to the 25th of every month. they have debited my account on the 20th of june, no money available so i had to pay an unpaid debit order fee and it has affected my cheque account scoring. i noticed that they are still billing me for another number after i have cancelled that number - 2 years ago. when i call the call centre they immediately refer me to a branch, when i go to the branch they then refer me to the call centre, when i advise them that the call centre referred me to the branch, the branch tells me its too late to call the call centre (retaintion department) because the close at 5. they do not assist me in any way. i requested billing statements because i didnt use the sim card in a long time and after making a few call - R400 was used, when i contacted them i was informed that i subscribe to "guilty pleasures" whatever that is. i request a refund for the number i have cancelled and that contracted to be cancelled immediately. i refuse to use my mtn numbers as i am unhappy with the service i have received.
