Horrendous piece of dirty string in a beef-wrap

My husband bought a beef wrap on Monday at around 6:00 pm from the Hot Foods / Deli in Pick n Pay at the Bright Water Common. To his surprise, while he was halfway through the wrap, he tasted something which did not taste appropriate - almost made him vomit. When he stopped to look at what he had just bitten, it was a piece of dirty string inside the wrap. It was so long and disgusting. We even have pictures of it. If it was possible to upload the pictures to accompany this complaint, we would. Or we can forward the picture to pick n pay if they want to see it. Pick n Pay must be ashamed of themselves to sell something like that to a customer. Doesnt hygiene mean anything to them? I am scared to buy anything eatable from Pick n Pay after this unpleasant incident.
