Long piece of string in sausage

I bought sausage on 07/10/13 at your Promenade branch. I used in Sunday just to discover a long piece of red string in it. I called your help desk on Monday. The person who answered was more interested in whether I have the till slip. She would log the call with your h/office.and that they would give me a call. Suprise!! I'm still waiting. What poor service of pick 'n pay. To tell me to go to the branch and get a refund. The cheek! Very very very bad service.
