Totally disgusted with game

I bought teardrop earings advertised as 9ct gold in the newspaper at game and my ears kept on paining. Today i took the earings out and my ears inside is black. Why advertise them as 9ct gold when they arent? i have been a loyal customer from game for many years but this is unexceptable.
