Amazing service with a smile

This morning I went to Woodmead Seattle Coffee Co to get a drink I frequently order - a malted carob steamer. I absent-mindedly forgot to ask for soy milk (I am allergic to dairy and Seattle Coffee are my favourite coffee shop because of their soy milk options at no extra cost). Upon realising my mistake I went back to the counter and said I would need to buy a second cup because of my error.

The ladies at the counter went out of their way by offering to make me a new cup free of charge, even though I was more than willing to pay as it was my own mistake. This is not the first time I've received such kind service from Seattle Coffee Co (Cresta has been equally helpful).
