Since the day we contacted Peter he has been very helpful and polite. He has seriously gone the extra mile regarding helping us contact debtors which have been harassing us from the start.
Through everything he has had a sense of humour towards them and he was very firm regarding certain matters. Sometime he even replies after hours or even 7 am in the morning when it is urgent.
