In December we brought 2 TV's on a Russells account we took the TV's from the store they were not delivered we were charged a delivery fee of 3 hundred and something rand on each TV, when I queried this I was told by the store manager that that fee also includes if something is wrong with the TV's then they will come and fetch it from the house, I don't even stay 1km from the branch I phoned this morning William was helpful he got Kevin to call me back, while he is busy talking to me i can her him either eating or smacking away on gum, which ever it didn't sound nice, then he kept interrupting me while I was talking and calling me "my dear" he then proceeded to inform me that I have to take the TV into the store as they do not collect all im asking for is help to set the channels onto the TV and each time I switch the TV off then on again I have to re-tune the channels, Kevin told me that the delivery fee I paid has nothing to do with this I have got to take the TV into the store then he will see from there. I am having so many problems with this branch, This isn't the first problem and im very sure it wont be the last either.
