Experienced an aweful and bad service and attitude from Thusang

Today around 1pm went to buy my grocery @ pic n pay the brige mall. They always have someone who calls people to go to empty tills and today the person was distracted by a lady named Thusang and stopped calling people and started talking. Cashiers would rise thier hands so that the lady could call people but couldnt see and when i approached the lady and Thusang both staff members Thusang told me am just a customer and they are the staff and i should not approach them, as i was trying to explain she just told me to to shut up and stay on the queue but i left the grocery and warned her that am going to expose her bad service and attitude but she told me i can do that. Management of Pic n pay please do something about this lady or else i and some who expect better service we always get @ pic n pay stores in Auckland park, Westonaria and Soweto would go somewhere else
