I (Lwayiphi Dingiswayo) purchased Shangai lounge suite in November. It was delivered on the 30 Nov 2013. On Tuesday the Sales lady called to find out if everything was ok. I told her that the 3 recliners were loose. She therefore said to me she will report to the Warehouse to come fix the chairs. However there was nothing done about it. In the middle of December I called her twice she told me the same story. I therefore called the Manager who managed to help me and even logged a call ref:708179. I called the manager again he said he will follow it up, till today nothing has been done. I recieved another ref: 713704 on the 19th. I tried several times to call their Customer Care Line nobody answers the phone. Due to this kind of a service I decided not to pay the installment end of December. They better come and collect their furniture as i didnt choose something that would need repairs upon arrival. I would have gone to a Pawn shop if i needed something like that.
