Bought a lounge suit from morkel - 3 months ago. Stitching started to came loose and the recliners sponge is complete tearing off at the bottoms and falling out. Called the manager on 04/04014. He said he will return my call. Never got his call that day. Called again on the 11/04/13 was told his not in left a message. Never got back to me.19/04/13 i called and wanted to speak to regional manager. Was told she would call back. 15min after i called manager called me and said the had to move warehouse and systems got trouble and lost info of clients at warehouse (but im sure they still have it in shop on record) said logged complained. Said he will get back to me.called me again 20/04/13 and said he want to come and see what exactly is wrong with suite, will give it through to warehouse. I reciceve 3 smsses on the 25/04/13 (1st) the acknowledge receipts of compliant 11H48 (2nd) acknowledge receipts of complaint will arrange for retailer for inspection (3rd) The inspection of suite is complete and repair is scheduled. I received a call from somebody the 01/05/13 the morning wanting to pick up suite for repairs. Said had visitors please do Monday. Today is 14/05/13 and no response
