No Response of Feedback on problem

I have an online account with Kalahari on which I have bought quite alot of digital books over time. In November 2013, when trying to log into my account I get a message saying invalid user. I logged a query with their helpdesk, who advised they are having problems with the online accounts. After two weeks the problem persists and I query again. Next minute they have created a new profile for me with all the same login details. The problem is that all the digital books that were in my online library are now not loaded on this account. After several follow ups and being told the problem has been escalated to IT, they (Gareth Cameron) just simply ignores my emails. I escalate the matter with Ashlene Dippenaar, who promises to sort it out, as she can see all the books I ordered on my old profile (7/12/13). After two follow up emails to her in January 2014 and no response, I phone again and ask for it to be escalated. I am told no one is available to take my call and they will get her supervisor (Sophia Alveres) to phone me back. I am still waiting... I just feel I paid for the books and should be able to access them. Shouldnt I be able to download the book & keep it?
