Seafolly Bikini rubbish

I bought a seafolly bikini des2013 at not sheep shop in southbroom. We paid R1260.00 for the bikini, the next day my wife wore it to the beach. After the beach, the bikini was full of sand in the fibers, we tried to was it several times, but to no successes. My whife took it back and was told that seafolly will not refund or credit us, because all the bikini's of seafolly is doing that. She also told us to take the sand out one by one. She has our money and the damage bikini. We will never tell anyone to buy a seafolly product or to buy at a not Sheep shop. And to ask if you can where a bikini to the beach, if you buy a seafolly product.
