Good day

I am a client of the Lewis, stores in Kimberley. I am in arreas on this account, however I had a call last month and made arrangements to pay this month. I know the books close on the 7th of each month, and would have made a payment today.

This morning, about 05:50, there was a 3 cars and 1 bakkie from Lewis, to collect the items bought form them. Is this normal practice to do this.
