Delivery of a parcell, received in pieces! called their offices more than 3x to track the parcell I sent back, now almost 2 weeks later, still no item, however its been debited on my account! lady @ the customer service, Courtney, dont know what is going on and the story changes every time I call?? Fed up and this is after I have to call and ask whats going on.
