[URL Removed] has a habit of shipping damaged goods

I purchased goods online, the first time I bought a Jacket for my baby girl last year and when it was delivered it was a different colour. it was supposed to be a light lilac purple as per the picture and description on the online shop site but a dark burgundy purple jacket was delivered. I accepted it cause I liked the colour but when I put it on the top snap button just fell off. Then in November I bought a pair of neon yellow sandals and wore it only once after witch I wiped if off with a damp cloth and the colour came right off the sandals as if it was just plain old water paint. I did not take shoes back because I did not keep the receipt. I was so shocked yes it is cheap clothing but one does not expect that from Mr. Price. But not losing faith yet, I again purchased some clothes online I did a EFT Payment and waited for one whole week for my order to be processed. Once it got here I again got damaged goods, its as if they deliberately ship the damaged clothes to online shoppers. The button hole on the cropped jeans I ordered was sewn closed. I am going to return it to the store but like many of my friends and colleagues I wont shop at [URL Removed] again. The service is too bad.
