Good Day
Did a credit check about six months ago, I have a store card from 2006 that are still shows current. i phoned WW and tried to find out where this acount is coming from. The lady told me that the account was handed over but she does not know to whom. she gave me 4 numbers to phone of collecting companies (phoned them but not one of them has me on their systems) I phoned them about 20 times already and every agend has a diffrent story. I use to work for them (thought it might be my staff account but has a letter that it has been paid up).
on the credit report it shows 2006 but i only worked for WW in 2007? i just want to understand what is going on because everytime i hear a diffrent story. Do I need to get the Ombudsman involved as this is showing negative on my credit score and nobody wants to help me.
