Accountability Absa!! Give explanations

I wrote in July 2013, complaining about Absa issuing me a credit with no proof of employment and no payslip in 2006.I complained if this was a lifetime debt as I never received any documentation and Absa has sent me to four different collection company, all of them starting a new book with me trying to accumulate some profit in handling this account.
I was called by Lindiwe Rantsele promising to send me statements, of which she sent me attachments which I couldnt follow. I then called Absa on diffrent occasions looking for her, it either she is not at work and would be told an email is sent through to her and will call me back. Just to get an explanation of what is happening, Absa all I need from you its an explanation and stop sending me to companies who are not helping me but wants to be rich with this. Accountability Absa, give me a call let me understand why is it a lifetime credit and what made you think I was fit seven years ago for your credit.
