Provident Fund for my late Father not paid

On the 24 July 2012 we submitted a death claim for my late father at Lewis Stores at Empangeni, Phiwa the branch manger assisted us. we had submitted our (my siblings) bank statements and certified id copies of the nominated beneficiaries. I did a follow up with Angela who had promised that the monies will be paid end of June 2013 she left the company and the money was not paid to any of us. I then spoke to Surana Ormar on the 06/07/2013 rude and arrogant she said the money had been processed and will be paid any day before end of July. This is not acceptable as it has been over a year and they keep on promising that they will be paying us and they don't honor their promise. i phoned them again today they told me that they're still processing and will do a follow up, like really after a year they're still processing.
