I ordered a DVD box set on 3 Dec.
On 4 Dec it was delivered to the incorrect address.
This was a Christmas present for my mom.
I have now called for the past 2 months, but nobody gets back to me. EVERY time I phone I must explain the same thing over and over. Then they PROMISE to get back to me (this was Romano and Levuyo, and 2 other agents whose names I didn't write down at the time).
A manager is never available to speak to.
NOT ONCE DID ANYBODY CALL ME BACK!!!
I have phoned:
3 Dec x 1, 18 Dec x 2, 20 Dec x 2, 23 Dec x 3, 8 Jan x 1.
Now they have delivered the wrong thing about 3 weeks ago.
STILL NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME!
Kalahari, can someone please get back to me!!
You have wasted now 50 minutes of my cell phone AND my time.
Not to mention not having a Christmas present for my Mom, after you PROMISED 7 times you will deliver.
I would like to know how you will make this up to me and keep me as a client.
Oh, and PS - could I PLEASE get the stuff that I have paid for???!!!
