Can SOMEONE please get back to me after 2 months!

I ordered a DVD box set for a Christmas present on 3 Dec.
On 4 Dec it was delivered to the incorrect place.
After 2 months of phoning, explaining and pleading, NOBODY gets back to me.
Then the incorrect parcel gets delivered.
So I start phoning and explaining and pleading again.
Still nothing. I try to talk to a manager. No one is available. They will phone me back. Same thing every time.
Every time I phone a consultant and explain the whole mess, they PROMISE to get back to me that day but they never, NEVER, not once phoned back!!!
I don't mind a mistake being made, but really, after I was promised I will have the parcel for Christmas and then nobody even getting back to me, I must say, I would like to know what Kalahari will do to keep me as a client.
Unacceptable!
I have phoned the following times:
4 December, 18 December x 2, 20 December x 2, 23 December x 3, 8 Jan x 1. Total call durations: 50 minutes.
Please Kalahari, can someone get back to me? And please, how will you make this up to me and keep me as a client?
Oh, and PS - could I please get the parcel I have paid for already 2 months ago?!!
