Thank U card & profile reg do not bring a smile

I registered a profile on the Edgars site on 9 January. I also added my Thank U card number to the profile because the lady at the store gave me a card without completing a form with it. On 9 January I got an email saying that my details are being processed and that I will receive an email once it has been completed.

However, I have not received a confirmation email to date. I emailed a query with my reference number 2083617/20140109/C.N.R. on 16 January but no one has replied.

Your Thank U site says "3 steps to a smile" but I am not smiling as this has been very disappointing so far.

Please clarify what happened to my profile registration and the linking of my Thank U card.
