I purchased a Police watch on promotion from Grab It in December. After a follow up it arrived and appeared to be in good condition. Approx. 1 week after Christmas the 100m water resist watch's face clouded. Upon taking it in to my nearest Police outlet, I was advised that this was indeed water damage. The watch has not been anywhere near 100m deep. The retailer advised that they would be unable to send it in to Police for me as GRAB It had not stamped my warrany booklet as they should have. The gentlaman at the retailer suggested I contact Grab It to have it replaced as per their promotion. Upon contacting them I was told to send the watch back- at my expense- and they would refund my money as they had no stock of said watch. Problem is the refund will not cover a watch from another supplier as I purchased this specifically on sale. I was forced to take the watch back to the nearest retailer and beg them to send the watch to Police for me. Now I have no Guarantee that Police will undertake any repairs as there is no retailer stamp as is required.

When I send emails to attempt to discuss this with Grab It, I receive no reply.

I am disgusted and WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
