On 10/12/2013 I ordered a Mellware Biltong Food Dehydrator as a Christmas present for my husband. I contacted [URL Removed] and arranged that the parcel be delivered at my work. I was told that the parcel will be delivered within 2 days. I accordingly cancelled various appointments to ensure that I will be at my office when the parcel arrives. Two days before Christmas I was forced to buy the same product at another store as nothing has yet been delivered. I contacted [URL Removed] not once, but 5 times to cancel my order and to arrange to be refunded just to be informed by the next operator that the order has not yet been cancelled and the refund is still in process. I have received an e-mail on 17/01/2014 from the support team expressing their sincere apology for the inconvenience and was informed that I will be refunded as soon as possible. To date I have still not received the refund and are extremely unhappy about the service / or lack of service rendered.
