1st birthday party with no present, (

It is my nephews 1st birthday, I bought him a scooter so he can start zooming around. I ordered the scooter 2 days in advance to avoid any delivery issues but guess what. Takealot messed up the delivery. it is 6:27pm and his party starts at 7pm with no present in sight. What's a birthday party without a present. Takealot has spoilt my nephews party and disappointed me.

Where is the customer service you harp on about, where is the brand promise.

This isn't the first time Takealot has done this but it will be the last time it happens.
