Why?

I lost my job last year and couldnt afford to pay my monthly installments like requested so i phoned in and make arrangemants once im back on my feet ill make payments this month was the 3rd consectutive month that i keep paying my monthly instalment as requested, the deal was the 3rd instalment theyll take the arrears of the account when i try to apply for credit elsewhere they declined because of the arrears on the account which i confirmed with the lady in the accounts head office its been taken of, i am very dissapointed i kept my promise why cant they kept theirs? i considering to take legal steps now as though lack on their side i lost my credit application because of this daytime number 0813081048
