THE BABY CITY STORE IN PAVILION IS LARGE. THERE WERE ONLY 2 SALES PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE AND ONE CASHIER. THIS IS PATHETIC FOR THE STORE SIZE AND PRODUCT RANGE.
HOW DO YOU SELL A PRAM, COT AND SUNDRY ITEMS WHEN YOU DON;T HAVE ENOUGH SALES STAFF.
PLEASE, I URGE YOU TO VIEW YOUR CCTV SURVEILLANCE TO CONFIRM MY ARGUMENT.
HOW DOES A COMPANY GO FROM GOOD TO GREAT? SERVICE!!! YOU MOST DEFINITELY LOST 70% OF SALES DUE TO INADEQUATE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF.
IN THIS GAME, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IS VITAL. I NEED A SALESMAN TO TELL ME WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VARIOUS CAR SEATS, COTS ETC AND CONVINCE ME TO BUY IT. THIS IS THE NEW AGE. WE BROWSE THE INTERNET FOR INFO ETC. WE WALK INTO YOUR STORE TO BUY. TIME IS MONEY.
PITY YOU LOST A 10K SALE TO YOUR OPPOSITION.
HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE LEFT UNATTENDED AND WALKED OUT IN FRUSTRATION?
DEAR CORPORATE... DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CUSTOMER FOR GRANTED AND DON'T EVER COMPROMISE SERVICE TO CUT COSTS.
