I went to buy some items from Makro Woodmead and a sales employee from Blingstallation sold me a voucher for installation services at my home. His knowledge and passion for what he does was prominent throughout his sales pitch and I could not help but notice that he seemed reasonably young but possessed maturity beyond his year. This was a refreshing experience for me considering that I am always "hounded" by those DSTV Mobile sales staff in blue shirts when you enter a Makro store (I should maybe write a complaint about them).

Anyway. I did not expect that the service from the installers could match or better my experience with the salesman from the store but needless to say I was proved wrong. The installers were equally professional and knowledgeable on what they do. Noticing that I am a senior citizen they took extra time and care in explaining everything they installed for me. The product training was a welcomed surprise as I am really a technophobe and too embarrassed to admit this to younger people.
