Paid for delivery twice to exchange a faulty couch

I bought a couch on Monday. They delivered the same day. After the left I noticed the decor was coming out. I called them and notified them about that. Through that I had to answer so many questions felt like I was in court. Next day the exchange it. Day 3 I noticed that the middle couch when you sit you fall right inside it. I didn't report it but went the the fourth day to inform them. I didn't wanna use a lot of airtime like the first time. Again thousand questions came. The bongo didn't wanna exchange said I should have reported it when I reported the decor on the couch. This was until I pointed to him the display they had in the store that it had the same fault as mine. Then he agreed to exchange it but I will have to pay for delivery as I reported it late. We went to look for a good one but most of them had the same problem. Then he asked me what should he do as all have the same fault. I asked for head office number but he refused to give. Late on the day a guy came to deliver but he needed money for delivering the couch. What service is this, have to pay so the faulty couch be replaced. Wow what a shocking experience and service I got. Need they head office numbe
