LOST R1000.00 TO HOME CHOICE

Two years ago I purchased an Odyssey stove through the Account of another person who I understood was an Agent for Home Choice. The stove was faulty. I was told to return it to Sandton where it sat for about 4-months. I was then told to send it to Cape Town which cost me R78. I was then told that they could not repair it so I could exchange to the value of R1000 and I selected bedding. Nothing happened. It is now over two years that I have been given the run around and now told that as I bought it through someone else's account nothing can be done. Previously I was told that they had located my old stove and that would be returned to me, but now they say they cannot do that. So R1000 lost. A terrible company to deal with and I have told everybody not to use it in future.
