Poor service

On 14 January I bought my wife a Swarovski crystal ring for her birthday. I was not sure of the size so I got a medium and was told no problem, bring it back and we will change it.
Well. it was a problem and after visiting the store, numerous phone calls to the two people mentioned above we have had no response - not even a phone call.
Last time I use this store.
