Point Blank Refused to Help!

Hi There, I called the Jetmart Store in West Street to find out what microwaves they have, and at what prices. They do not answer their calls at all. I then called the call centre and spoke to Virgina who advised me that she cant help me as that store never answers their phones so if I cant get trhough then she cant! And she just kept quiet... I had to probe her and say "ok so now what" then she said ok she will try and call the manager of the store. To my horror, she transferred me to the tills at the store, but i heard her screaming about "just help him" or something in Zule, and then this till lady Nonhlanhla said she cant help me cos she at the tills. I said ok put me thru to the applicances, she says she cant do that cos they have no phones and then i asked who can help me she said nobody. I mean really - what kind of customer service is this? I had a simple request for help - surely that is not too much to ask???
