Terrible service once again

As one of the biggest retail groups in SA, one would expect Edgars to care about client service, but this is clearly Not the case at the vangate mall branch. The tills where one must pay is hardly ever operational, and then we have to queue at client services. Not to mention that there is no working in the store for the last few months! We went to purchase a watch, and in that section there was no one on duty a passerby said they would call the lady only t return and say she is on tea. Everyone needs a break, but surely there needs to be someone to fill in for clients needing to utilise that area. We then had to wat for almost 10 minutes while the girl who was trying to help us went to see if that girl would come and let us pay in that section, till we eventually gave up and went to client services to pay, as the till area once again had no staff working there. This is not the first time that we have had such awful experience in this particular store, and as someone in the retail industry, i find it deplorable to treat your clients in this manner.
