First time using Kalahari. It started on bad terms. Ordered a Seagate STBN4000200 Business Storage drive and processed the payment. I made a mistake on the payment but immediately corrected it. 3 days later got a mail that the order was cancelled!! Big fight to get it expedited and delivered. I need to make backups!

The unit was Faulty on arrival. I contacted Seagate for assistance. After loooong discussions and various test with them, they (Seagate) confirmed mother board faulty on the unit.
I want the unit replaced ASAP but that seems to me this will take a long time due to Kalahari's procedures and system that only suits them. It seems there is no regard for the customers needs or requirements. I have forwarded Kalahari all the detail they need to verify with Seagate but this seems to be too much for them.
Kalahari wants the unit back to test before they do anything further, don't they believe me or Seagate?

Looking at the number of reports on Hello [URL Removed] bad service is the norm from Kalahari. I should have checked here first.
I cannot make backups of my data!!
Aramex collected the unit this afternoon to take back to Kalahari
