This gentleman should be the MANAGER!!!

I had an incident with a Checkers Home Brand item purchased at this store. I contacted the branch at 6pm and spoke to Johannes Van Wyk, who is the 2IC. He told me to return the item (s). I did so immediately, but so as to not cause a scene I went through the service entrance, and he walked all the way around to meet me there. We went into the store, he then sorted out the problem immediately, replaced and refunded my items with a smile. He was polite, pleasant, really wanted to do whatever he could to assist and ensure that I was then a happy customer. This is what I call a true MANAGER, and that is what he SHOULD BE. I have had issues with this particular branch before, and the actual managers have never delt with me in quite the same way as this brilliant gentleman. Well done to Checkers for such outstanding service.
