Almost 2 weeks and still no delivery

We purchased entertainment unit on the 3rd of January. We checked in store with the sales rep at the stock lists at the various Furniture City depots and there was stock all over the country, readily available. Problem though, the warehouse opens on the 6th. Not a problem, put the order in and were told that once the warehouse opens on the 6th we would have delivery within a couple of days. Had no feedback up until we initiated communication, every time we were told they would let us know, but once again we need to follow up otherwise we hear nothing. It is now the 15th and now all of the sudden it is not at any depot, they need to order from suppliers who apparently only open tomorrow and then it might take another 4 weeks. Either they lack complete honesty when dealing with clients to make a sale although they know it will not be in the clients timeline or their stock/delivery system is in such a mess that they constantly need to make up excuses until by some eventuality they arrive at your house. I find this absolutely shocking service, should have known as this is not the first time i have bought and experienced the same problem from them. Come up with solutions, not problems.
