2X1L New bottles don`t fit Our new sodastream

Dear Sir/Madam

We bought the Ice age Soda stream and enjoy the product. We wanted to have extra bottles and received 2 X1L Sodastream bottle (Package) as a gift that was purchased at game. These have 4 little Nubs around their Neck and if we them in, the water shoots out on the sides thus they do not fit. The Package did not state that it wasnt compatible. Now we sit with these bottles which are of no use.
