Charged twice but no reimbursement no response

I purchased from Kalahari on 28 Oct 2013 but when I received our credit card statement, I noticed that we were charged twice for the same transaction.

I contacted support and send them the credit card statement and proof of purchase as proof on 8 Dec 2013 when they finally responded. Since then they have ignored every subsequent email.

Pretty much outright if you ask me.
