Kalahari took money but can't deliver the product

On 28/05 I ordered some DVD's and eBooks. The next day I was informed one of the DVD's was not available and I would be credited. This was done. On 02/08 I wanted to look at one of the books on my iPad and noticed to my surprise that they weren't downloaded. I tried to download them, but could download only the one. I contacted Kalahari's support re the other one. On 06/08 they responded that they reloaded the link. I could still not download it. They then informed me that they have now removed the link and will be refunding me. They told me that the refund was reflecting on my credit card. On 26/08 I queried this again as nothing was reflecting on my credit card. The agent forwarded me a statement showing a refund. This refund was done on 29/05 and was for the DVD. I pointed this out and also wondered how they could refund me for something months before I complained about having a problem with that. The agent did not bother to respond to my mail. I sent an e-mail again on 09/09 to enquire about when this will be resolved, but no response to date. This is totally unacceptable - I have paid for the book, but I can't download it on my iPad - and Kalahari is ignoring me flat-out!!
