I purchased a Zero Gas Stove (6 plate) just over a year ago, we have reported a probem with the oven switch to the Manager, Mr Pieter Meyer several times with no response. I have bought several items from this particular store, unfortunately, always with complaints, bad service, delivery issues etc. I find this totally unacceptable and not a good reflection on the store and management in general. The issue with my oven is now critical as it has become a danger to use. After another complaint today I was told to wait another day as the manager is on course. Sorry, not acceptable.
