I purchased a 3TB HP hard drive last year Sep, the unit will not boot up and freeze's my PC. i have contacted IC and they said that the unit has a 2 years warranty, i must bring in the original purchase slip and they will swop it (good luck finding that slip now). And what about the most important part the data? i asked, i was basically told tough they will charge me R1800 to recover it, i cannot send it anywhere myself as that would void the warranty. Great way to stand by your products. i was warned about buying from IC, i should have listened
