Damaged good and disgusting customer service

I ordered and paid for a tall boy and chest of drawers for my bedroom towards the end of November 2013. It got delivered at the beginning of December 2013 in shocking condition.

Whoever checks the items before delivering them to customers should reassess their job.

It was delivered to me scratched and chipped. I refused to sign the acceptance Invoice and was told by Ellen Rakoti she would replace and deliver the new batch in two weeks time which should have been the 18th December 2013. It is now the 14th January 2014 and I still have not received my order, nor have I received a phone call or any feedback whatsoever.

When I phoned Ellen to see what was going on she was not in the office, she never seems to be there everytime I call. Eventually, when I did get hold of her two days later, she told me she had not sent in an order for me and the batch I received was defective. She also told me she will check on her system and phone me back in 5 minutes to let me know when the new batch is arriving - it has now been a week and I have not herd from her.

Again, I tried to follow up and AGAIN she's not in.
