I needed some assistance with some items that i couldn't find, so I went to the lady working in that department and asked for assistance, when I greeted her she looked at me with such belittlement i felt like hiding, I then asked for her assistance, and her response was that "I don't know, you look for them, you can see that there's a sale, everything is messed up, so just read on the tags its written there", and she walked away, and as she was working she was busy complaining about how this sale is irritating her and that because things are cheap, people are acting as if they are at the jumble sale. I never expected to get such bad service from Woolworths, I have never felt so bellittled and humilitated in my life, does that mean that if the store has a sale then customers are sopposed to be treated as if they are trash? as far as I know if I ask for help in the store, Im supposed to be assisted, or advised accordingly, but instead I was given attitude, and the way she looked at me, i wished i never went to that store.
