"Guaranteed" rewards a bogus

It has been months since I have bought 3 promotional packs, followed the prompts, sent off a questionnaire required - and still, 3 months later, I still have not heard back from Beacon, or the marketing agency it employs.
If you cannot uphold the guaranteed rewards, please don't advertise it.
I do not expect to receive anything from this gimmick... pathetic!
