I PURCHASED A TOYOTA AURIS FROM MACCARTHY TOYOTA KINGSMEAD 4 MONTHS AGO, I WAS GIVEN THE CAR WITH NO THREAD ON THE TYRES (WIRE SHOWING), THE RIMS COULD NOT BE BALANCED COZ IT WAS TO BADLY DAMAGED AND SCRATCHED, THE SALES LADY GAVE ME AN ORDER NUMBER TO GO GET THE TYRES FITTED ON BY MYSELF, THE TYRES WERE FITTED BUT THE BALANCING COULD NOT BE DONE COZ OF THE RIMS BEING DAMAGED.THE BUMPER CLIPS WERE BROKEN, THE BOTTOM GUARD WAS HANGING THE FENDER LINER CLIPS WERE OUT, THE WAS NOT SERVICED, I DROVE FOR 1800KM AND FILLED 5LT OIL, I HAVE NO SPARE KEYS WHICH IS THE MAIN THING AS IT IS A KEYLESS GO CAR. I EMAIL THE SALES LADY ABOUT 10 TIMES I EMAILED THE DP I EMAILED THE SALES MANAGER UP UNTIL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I EVEN LEFT THE CAR THERE AS THEY REQUESTED BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I GOT THE CAR WITH ME WITH ALL THESE FAULTS. WHAT MUST I DO?
I AM SICK AND TIRES OF BEING PUSHED AROUND.
