Give me my cellphone

I lost my cellphone and claimed at American Swiss in Kenilworth Centre for a new cellphone as I got insurance. I was told that I can expect the cellphone in two weeks, its going to almost a month! and I am still waiting. I do not want to wait any longer as I need the phone for work purposes. I will go to the ombudsman if i dont get my phone immediatly! I have dealt with other branches and was never disappointed like this.
